Sales manager

General task description: responsible to achieve the best possible results of turnover, gross profit and costs of the department in short, mid and long term; responsible for the  co-workers, their development and education; work efficiently and support the development of Furniture department in the store; developing annual action plan of furniture department to achieve commercial goals; set priorities, standards, co-ordinate, delegate and follow–up daily work task/department function; optimize the organization of the department (hours, holidays, productivity, planning, priorities etc.); lead and develop a team within own area of responsibility; ensure the effective communication to co-workers. Requirements: retail experience and university degree preferred; management experience and proven leadership abilities; proactive working approach; excellent communication skills and customer focus; ability to share your knowledge and learn; strategic, analytical and tactical abilities; strong interest and knowledge of home furnishings; fluent English.
