Responsibilities: Manage process of sales forecast for CY: consolidate inputs gathered by CF squad from the market on a monthly basis. Analyse and initiate discussion on numbers with CF squad, enter sales projection in SFDC. Analysis of sales results in the region. Prepare overview of actuals, manage discussion with CF squad on opportunities to close the GAP to achieve yearly targets. Manage discussion withing CF squad prior to Crop lock. Adjust SFDC and align numbers with Sales ops to ensure production. Connect with Sales ops, Finance BP, Planning team to align expectations and numbers Manage OPC preparation by discussing with CF squad and finalizing 3 years sales targets Actively participate and provide inputs in S&OE, CBR, Coordination of work in terms of direct sales (document flow, coordination of shipments, payments) Organization of document flow, including document flow with suppliers and distributors (adding new suppliers, creating contracts, licensing agreements, etc Organizing internal and external meetings/events Implementation of marketing communications strategies: organizing events aimed at Seminis and DR brands awareness in the region – exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars, field days, distributors’ events Implementation of the De Ruiter marketing tactical plan and digital DR concept Marketing budget planning and control according to Bayer policy Preparation of information materials on products in digital and printed form (brochures, catalogues, banners, Key Visuals, photo and video production, articles, content for publications, promo materials and merchandizing) Market analysis (Market Intelligence) - participation in process cycles for researching and updating data on the vegetable seed market Digital: web-site, e-mail marketing, creation and approval of product profiles in the Product Insight system for publication on website. Updating website content, checking for improvements, localization activities, support distributors digital initiatives with content and trainings Providing key partners and team with existing marketing materials and tools, alignment on marketing strategy focus and content support on regular basis Organizing work of all contractors to prepare marketing materials: planning, briefing, formation of technical specifications, control of implementation, coordination of layouts, creation and approval of contracts, purchase orders (PO), work with closing documents and payments. Employee must carry out work plans agreed with the direct manager for a certain period of time (week, month, quarter, half-year, year and/or other established periods). To carry out written and oral orders from the direct manager or higher-level managers, within the framework of his/her official duties as well as duties provided for by the policies and procedures adopted by the Company. By the order of the direct manager or another authorized company official, the employee must perform other duties within the framework of his/her work function. Employee must prepare and provide to the direct manager or heads of other structural divisions, upon their request within the time limits, in the form and with regularity established in the Company or in direct requests, reports on the employee's performance of his/her official duties in accordance with Job Description, the Company's policies and procedures. Employee must immediately inform the direct manager of changes in the work plan that may result in non-fulfillment, late fulfillment or difficulties in the performance of assigned tasks or job duties, of industrial accidents, temporary disability, as well as other crisis and emergency situations in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted in the Company. Employee must check and respond to incoming messages and requests in the corporate communication tools daily during working hours. In the event that the request has a deadline, Employee is obliged to send a response within the prescribed period. Employee must undergo learnings and trainings in accordance with the development plan approved by the direct manager or approved schedule, as well as undergo testing on acquired knowledge at the request of the Company. Employee must participate in the meetings held by the Company, as well as in meetings within his department. Employee must execute and/or participate in execution of the Company projects, according to the goals, tasks and deadlines set by the direct manager of other authorized company officials, delivering full and timely achievement of the project goals. Employee must know and comply with the instructions, requirements and norms of labour safety and fire safety, as well as timely undergo training and briefings on labour safety and fire safety. Employee undertakes to immediately notify the direct manager, an employee of HSE & Security Group in case of an injury, accident or potential incident that occurred during working hours while performing work duties or performing any work on behalf of the Company, or any life-threatening situation.
